No experience with art or numerology is needed.

What you’ll experience
Over three relaxed hours you’ll be gently guided through two beautiful forms of self-expression.
1 - Discover the energy at the heart of who you are
Lauren will introduce you to your Soul Number - a simple yet powerful aspect of numerology based on the day you were born. You’ll receive a print out with this information.
Your Soul Number offers insight into your natural qualities, motivations and the energy you bring into the world.
Through guided reflection and journalling you’ll explore how this energy has shaped different areas of your life and where it may be asking for more expression.
Our aim is for you to leave feeling as though you’ve been given permission to see yourself through a kinder, more compassionate lens.
2 - Express your inner world through colour
Once you’ve explored your Soul Number, Sian will gently guide you into an intuitive painting experience.
Rather than painting a picture that has to look a certain way, you’ll be invited to express your own energy using colour, texture and movement.
There is no right or wrong.
No artistic ability required.
Just curiosity.
You’ll create a unique abstract artwork inspired by your own inner landscape - allowing thoughts and feelings to emerge in a way that words often can’t.

Meet your hosts
Lauren
Lauren is a Soul Psychologist and guide who helps women reconnect with who they truly are through the wisdom of numerology, astrology and Human Design.
Her work is centred around helping women understand themselves with greater compassion, recognise their natural gifts and make decisions that feel deeply aligned with who they are.
Art-wise Lauren loves abstract and finds drawing things that look realistic kind of boring. For her it’s about the textures and colours.
Sian
Sian is an artist and creative mentor who believes creativity belongs to everyone.
Through her warm, encouraging approach, she helps people let go of perfectionism and rediscover the joy of creating. Her workshops provide a welcoming space where self-expression matters far more than artistic ability.
Together, Lauren and Sian have created an afternoon that combines insight with creativity, reflection with expression, helping you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels both meaningful and deeply enjoyable.
The Venue
Cross Barn is a historic venue with a lovely atmosphere - dating back to the 16th century it’s not a thriving venue with regular events and classes. Parking is availably nearby.
