What this looks like in real life

One woman came to me convinced she was bad at collaboration, even though she loved working with others rather than alone. She had tried a series of collaborations, none of which had quite worked out.

When we looked at her charts we realised she simply needed to lead the creative vision.

Once she understood that pattern, she stopped forcing herself into partnerships where she had to dilute her ideas. Instead, she built collaborations where everyone understood their role from the beginning- and suddenly collaboration became energising instead of draining.

A woman working in publishing couldn’t understand why she’d become so deeply unfulfilled.
