I'm a Soul Psychologist, founder of COSMICOLOGY™ and creator of the APP Method - a framework integrating Astrology, Psychology and Physiology to help women understand how they're actually wired, not how they've been told to operate.
I bring 20 years in marketing and a decade of deep work in Human Design, astrology, numerology and somatic psychology. I'm a natural alchemist - I mix frameworks because no single system tells the whole truth. Together they give me a holistic read of what's actually running underneath the surface.
In 2022, stage 3 bowel cancer cracked my world open. Surgery and chemotherapy followed - months of living with the unknown. When I finished treatment in early 2023, I couldn't go back to business as usual. That experience didn't just change my relationship with time - it made me refuse the slow drip of self-abandonment. Everything I do now comes from that.

COSMICOLOGY is the result of years of deep work. Instead of telling you what is in your charts, we focus on practically taking action, looking at one part at a time. Information is so easy to come by now- simply type a question into AI and you can in theory ‘know’ almost anyway. But actually putting it into practice… that is where real change happens.
I blend emotional truth and creative play – In Numerology this is Shadow 7’s fearless vulnerability with Soul 3’s artistry. In Astrology this is my Pisces Sun and Moon with my Scorpio Ascendant and Virgo MC. In Human Design this is my 12-22 Channel, and Manifesting-Generator Emotional Authority energy.
