But it’s worth it to step out of the cage your ego has built for you.

When I was diagnosed with cancer in 2022, it was a wake up call to who I truly am.

Because suddenly the question wasn’t:
“what if this doesn’t work?”

It was:
“what if I die having never actually been myself?”

That realisation changed everything for me.

It stripped away the performance, the comparison and copying, and the “if I just do it like them, it’ll work” mindset.

Because none of that is real.

It’s just safer.

And here’s what most people don’t want to hear:

You’re not waiting for the right time.

You’re waiting until it feels safe to be fully seen.

And that moment doesn’t exist.

You don’t need to go through cancer to realise this - that is where I step in.

I'm a Soul Psychologist, founder of COSMICOLOGY™ and creator of the APP Method - a framework integrating Astrology, Psychology and Physiology to help women build from the inside out.
