What it is
You complete a short intake form mapping where you currently are across the Five Foundations of COSMICOLOGY:
Safety - how regulated your nervous system feels day to day, what grounds you, where you feel most blocked- where you're white-knuckling it and calling it coping.
Connection to Self- how well you know your natural rhythms, how often you override your own instincts, how much you trust your inner knowing
Connection to Others - where you're masking or people-pleasing, how authentically you show up, how easily you communicate your needs
Mission - how clear you are on what you're here to create, and whether you're actually building what you came here to build, or a safer version of it
Embodiment - the energy or way of being you most want to step into in this next chapter
This won’t tell you what to do - I'm not here to hand you a prescription. I'm here to show you what your own energy is already telling you.

About me
I have a Psychology degree & 16+ years in corporate marketing. A 6/2 Manifesting Generator with a Pisces Sun and Scorpio Rising - I’ve spent most of my adult life being very good at performing in systems that were never built for me.
In February 2022 I was diagnosed with ADHD. Five months later, I went through stage 3 bowel cancer.
I had major Surgery and 4 cycles of Chemotherapy. My entire life came to a full stop.
That stop was the most important thing that ever happened to me.
For the first time I wasn't optimising or pushing or proving anything. I was just - here. In my body. With my charts, my patterns, the questions I'd been avoiding for years. Was any of this actually mine?
COSMICOLOGY is what came out of that.
I'm also mum to Leo (8)- which keeps this work practical. It has to function in real life. In school run chaos, in exhausted evenings, in the messy reality of being a human woman trying to build something that means something.
Nothing I share here is just theory. It's what I've lived.
