About the Creator
I’m Lauren - Psychologist, Astrologer, Numerologist, and a 6/2 Manifesting Generator.
For most of my adult life, I’ve been focused on one question:
How women access their true power — and build lives that actually reflect it
I studied Psychology at degree level, then spent the next two decades - alongside a career in corporate marketing - training in Astrology, Human Design, and Numerology.
Not to collect knowledge. To understand what actually creates change.
Not just insight. Real, lasting change.
What I kept seeing was this: every system reflects your potential - but it also exposes the ways you’ve been conditioned to limit it.
Each one offers a different lens. A different language. A different way of seeing yourself.
But on its own, each one is partial. It’s in the combination that something shifts - where you start to see yourself with real clarity. Not as a concept. But as something you can actually work with.
In 2022, I was diagnosed with stage 3 bowel cancer.
Surgery and chemotherapy followed.
It was one of those moments that strips everything back to truth.
When you come that close to losing your time here, the questions change.
You stop asking "Am I doing this right?"
and start asking
"Is this actually the life I want to be living?"
That experience forced me to slow down and listen to my body in a way I never had before. To question the patterns I'd been living inside. It ended any belief that surface-level ‘strategies’ create real change.
COSMICOLOGY was born from that shift.
A way of working that brings together psychology, astrology, and the body —
to help you recognise your own power by understanding, rather than rejecting, the parts of you that once felt too much.
I’m also a mum to my 8-year-old son, Leo.
Which means everything I create has to work in real life - in the middle of school runs, tired evenings, and the complexity of being human. Not just in theory.

We’re living in a time where it’s easier than ever to access information -and harder than ever to actually process it. Having been through bowel cancer, true, deep digestion is something I’ve contemplated deeply.

And somewhere in that, it becomes easy to lose yourself in the noise.

You don’t need to have an in-depth knowledge, as each article will explain how to find the placement in your chart, however if you want to get to most out of it, I do recommend taking the COSMICOLOGY 101 course to give you a solid understanding of the approach and the way the insights are woven together.

In COSMICOLOGY we look at one or two parts of your chart at a time. Of course it helps if you know the rest of your chart for more context and nuance, but this will support you and give a different perspective to other systems.

When you subscribe, you receive immediate access to the current digital issue and will be able to see when the next printed version will be released on the subscribers portal. Currently the printed version is UK only but if there is demand we will consider International delivery. It is roughly quarterly- the release date will be confirmed in advance. This is all about embracing working with the cycles around us not about sticking to a set calendar date so it won’t be exactly every 3 months but over the course of a year there will be 4 editions.
