It is what made all the difference to me in the last 3 years - I’ve gone from always feeling like I’m chasing my tail to a deep sense of inner calm, trust and connection with source energy. I’ve worked less and yet all my needs are fully met.

In this 6 month programme, we take time to Zoom in on different aspects of your charts- with my guidance depending on what is coming up for you and what will be most supportive and transformative.

What to expect

This is a small group intimate programme hosted primarily in Telegram with some 1:1 aspects as well.

Upon joining, you’ll complete an intake form that allows me to understand which elements of your charts we can tap into to help achieve your goals (and also check the goals are aligned).
We have an intake call to go through this in more detail and connect the dots between your charts and where you are now.
I map out a plan for the next few months based on this - journeying through aspects of your charts e.g. Your Moon placement, or your Human Design Environment Type, or your Soul Number in Numerology
We allow time to dive into that aspect - with my support I will share with you my insights and recommend some practices for you
Update me with your reflections inside your Telegram space
Over the course of the 6 months we can schedule a further 5 Zoom calls as feels more supportive - it does not need to be one per month. Sometimes deep periods of growth just need to be held quietly. You will find and trust your own rhythm.
It will vary person to person, but it may look like Zooming in on between 3-8 aspects of your charts each month (some examples below, but please remember everyone will be different)
There is no rush - if we get to the end of the 6 months and you want to continue, you can - just pay a monthly subscription to keep going.

Why this is different

About the Creator

I’ve spent years exploring what actually helps people understand themselves and create meaningful change in their lives. Backed by a degree in Psychology in 2005.

Alongside that, I’ve trained extensively in Astrology, Human Design and Numerology through a range of certifications and courses.

All of these systems reveal patterns — not just in who we are, but in the stories we’ve inherited about who we’re allowed to be.

And sometimes those stories need disrupting.

In 2022 I was diagnosed with stage 3 bowel cancer. Surgery and chemotherapy followed.

It was one of those moments that strips life back to the raw truth.

When you come that close to losing your time here, the questions change.

You stop asking “Am I doing this right?”

and start asking “Is this actually the life I want to be living?”

That experience cracked something open in me.

It forced me to slow down, to listen to my body in a way I never had before, and to question the patterns I’d been living inside.

COSMICOLOGY was born from that space.

A rebellious blend of psychology, astrology and the body — designed not to impress your mind, but to help you come home to your own knowing.

Because understanding yourself isn’t about collecting more information.

It’s about breaking the patterns that keep you disconnected from who you really are.

I’m also a mum to my 8-year-old son Leo, which means everything I share has to work in real life - in the middle of school runs, tired evenings, and the beautifully messy edges of being human.

What this programme is not

Anything like a Horoscope - this is about looking at the depths of your charts with nuance

Classic Horoscopes don’t make sense - we are so much more than our sun sign - yes it’s a big part of our charts, but we need to look at things holistically to get the kind of insights that can change your life.

For quick fixes - they aren’t sustainable anyway

We see so many ’hacks’ - when it’s how to get the laundry done quicker, great! But there is no short cut to truly meeting yourself other than to be open, compassionate, and curious and dedicate time.

For those who’ve never done any self-development work before

This is not about hierarchy or being ‘good enough’, it is recognising that this work is deep and not everyone is ready to meet the darker parts of themselves that are unconsciously running the show.
