I’m Lauren – Oracle, channel, creative alchemist – and I know a thing or two about rebuilding your life.

In 2022, a stage 3 bowel cancer diagnosis cracked everything open. At 39, with a four-year-old son and a long history of trying to squeeze my spirit into corporate boxes, I was thrown into a complete reckoning.

Cancer became my portal. It stripped away the masks, the overworking, the pretending – and asked me who I really was underneath it all.

The answer wasn’t more striving.

It was more soul.

Since then, I’ve rebuilt myself from the inside out. I’ve trained as a Reiki practitioner and a Physical Intelligence coach, and I’ve collected more certifications than I care to admit (what can I say, it’s a hobby). But really, all of it has been in service of remembering how energy moves – through the body, through emotion, through life.

I now live, work, and guide from that space – gently, powerfully, creatively.

Not to perform. But to remember.
