About me - Creator of Cosmicology®

I’m Lauren - an Oracle, writer and creative alchemist, and the creator of Cosmicology®.

I see patterns other people miss. I connect ideas across psychology, astrology, Human Design, numerology, the body and our lived experience to understand the bigger picture of who we are and why we’re here.

For years, I tried to find a neat way to describe what I do. I don’t anymore.

I’m an artist and a writer with a mind that naturally moves between worlds - the psychological and spiritual, practical and mystical, visible and invisible. My Pisces stellium, Gift 11 and ADHD all speak to different aspects of the same thing: I perceive a lot, make unusual connections, and turn what I see into ideas, frameworks and language that help other women recognise themselves.

My own life has been an initiation into this work.

Cancer. Redundancy. Infertility. Losing my co-working business during the pandemic. Experiences that repeatedly dismantled my assumptions about who I was and what my life was supposed to look like.

I don’t believe we can consciously control everything that happens to us. I do believe we have enormous creative power in what we do with what happens.

We can choose how we meet our lives. We can learn to create safety within ourselves when the external world feels anything but safe. We can recognise the patterns running beneath our experiences. And we can stop abandoning who we are in order to fit into lives that were never right for us.

That’s what Cosmicology® is about.

I work with unconventional women who know there is more in them - more to understand, more to express, more to create. Women who are done reducing themselves to a job title, a diagnosis, a personality type or a version of success they inherited from somebody else.

I don’t want to help you fit in better.

I want to help you recognise the particular constellation of gifts, experiences and ideas that could only belong to you - and have the conviction to do something with them.

Because I believe the people who think differently are the ones capable of creating what doesn’t exist yet.
